Welcome to the office of Chad Kohl, State Farm Agent, proudly serving Phoenix, Arizona. We opened our pet-friendly office in 2020, and since then we’ve focused on providing insurance coverage to the residents of Maricopa, Yavapai, and Pinal counties. As a longtime community member, Chad understands the unique needs of our neighbors and is ready to help you with your insurance goals.

Our office offers a variety of coverage options, including Auto, Business, and Life Insurance, designed to protect what matters most. Our team is fluent in both English and Spanish, so we can communicate clearly and comfortably with our diverse customers. Chad is also a second-generation State Farm Agent, committed to building long-term relationships and delivering outstanding service.

Chad’s dedication to service is rooted in family history—he is the grandson of Clem A. Kohl, a State Farm agent who served the Valley of the Sun for 45 years. Growing up alongside his grandfather, Chad learned the value of hard work, ethics, honor, integrity, and treating people with respect. He continues to follow those principles today.

Outside of work, Chad enjoys hiking, fishing, and traveling. He is an Army Veteran and volunteers with the local food bank because he believes in giving back to the community he loves. His family includes his daughter Kristina, a schoolteacher; his son Zachary, who attends ASU; and his granddaughter. Chad looks forward to meeting you and your family and sharing helpful insights about insurance.

With more than a decade of experience in the State Farm industry—working alongside talented and successful agents since 2008—Chad brings extensive knowledge to help you and your loved ones.
