Welcome to the office of Chad Kohl State Farm Agent, located in Phoenix, Arizona. Since opening our pet-friendly office in 2020, we have been dedicated to providing personalized insurance plans to the residents of Maricopa, Yavapai, and Pinal counties. As a longtime resident of this vibrant community, I understand the unique needs of our neighbors and am ready to help with your insurance needs.

We offer a wide range of insurance plans, including Auto, Business, and Life Insurance, to help protect what matters most to you. Our team is fluent in both English and Spanish, allowing us to communicate effectively with our diverse customer base. As a second-generation State Farm Agent, I am committed to building lasting relationships and providing exceptional service.

I am the grandson of Clem A. Kohl, a dedicated State Farm agent who served the Valley of The Sun for 45 years. Growing up with my grandfather, I learned the importance of hard work, ethics, honor, integrity, and treating others with respect. Inspired by his example, I aspire to follow in his footsteps.

Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time hiking, fishing, and traveling. I am also an Army Veteran and actively volunteer with the local food bank, since I believe in giving back to the community I love. My family includes my beautiful daughter, Kristina, who is a schoolteacher, my son, Zachary, who is attending ASU , and my granddaughter. I look forward to meeting you and your family and offering my insights into the world of insurance.
